How to keep fit and healthy while on a beach holiday During vacation time do you leave your healthy habits at home? Want to stay healthy on the beach vacation so how do you stay in shape while traveling on holiday? So, no need to worry. You can stay healthy even on vacation too. So follow my own personal experienced ideas to stay healthy on the beach vacation. Have a healthy and fun beach vacation!!!!! Food Choice: Your health depends upon the food you eat. Eating one bad meal on holiday per day is one thing but eating three bad meals a day over the course of the holiday will defiantly start to show. So eat smartly don’t eat oily food have your fish grilled not fried and your potatoes boiled not sautéed. Have your tea or coffee without sugar. Never skip the routine of green tea. Eat sizzlers when hungry skip coated sugar food. Eat loads of fresh vegetables and fruits. Avoid packet food it contains more calories. Always have fresh drinks avoid preservatives soda drinks and if it is possible to cook your own good. Alcohol Choice: Some people love to drink alcohol on vacations. Alcohol is the part of the fun and relaxing vacation. Alcoholic drinks contain more calories, a beer has 180 calories a large glass of wine 160 calories and a single vodka has 55 calories. Some people add more drinks to alcohol like sugary soda or soft drinks stay away from these drinks these drinks add extra calories to your one glass of alcohol. You can use sugar-free mixers. In my opinion stay healthy by sticking to only healthy drinks like juices and fresh lime soda. Stay Active by doing free hand exercises: For few day vacations no need to rush to a gym you can stay active by doing freehand activities. Go for walks or runs on the beach or mountains in morning and evening. You can carry your skipping rope with you. Do skipping regularly. Swimming is the only exercise which burns a lot of calories. So 10- 15 minutes swimming in the sea regularly in beach add more fun to your vacation. A short workout before breakfast will kick start your metabolism, free up your time for the day and help keep your body in check. Stay hydrated: On beach vacation, exposure to sun leads to dehydration in the body. Stay hydrated by drinking water in every couple of hour. Keep a two-liter bottle next to you on the beach and sip through it during the day - don't rely on being thirsty. If you're having evening drinks always get some water as a side order. Our body is 60% water to keep it hydrated; you will definitely feel better in the morning!
